Nurse Practitioner/Physicians Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant to join our medical team at a mental health recovery facility.

Under supervision, perform comprehensive physical exams and client assessments, including intake evaluations.

Coordinate treatments, communicate medical plans, and maintain records within a multidisciplinary team.

Order and administer diagnostics, prescribe medications, and address primary care needs.

Provide episodic, preventive, and acute care, developing treatment plans and making referrals as needed.

Maintain HIPAA compliance, keep accurate medical records, and adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications: Master’s in nursing, at least 2 years of behavioral health experience, valid NP license, DEA certification, X-waiver license, and proficiency with EMR systems.
