Job Description
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team in providing integrated, patient-centered care for substance use disorder, with a focus on medication-assisted treatment and psychiatric support.
- Assess patient health needs through histories, exams, and diagnostics.
- Manage and coordinate medication-assisted and psychiatric treatments, collaborating with patients, families, and community providers.
- Prescribe treatments, document in electronic health records, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and community agencies to ensure comprehensive, culturally sensitive care.
- Participate in quality assurance, professional development, and practice protocol activities.
- Maintain clinical competence and productivity, with travel between facilities required.
Qualifications include an accredited NP program, active Washington license, DEA certification, and preferred experience with addiction.
