We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive patient care across all ages in various settings, including outpatient, urgent care, and home environments.
Conduct physical exams, assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Administer medications and perform diagnostic procedures such as suturing and pelvic exams.
Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records using EMR systems like Next Gen and Epic.
Qualifications include current FNP certification, active license, and experience in primary or urgent care preferred.
Proficiency in procedures, medical terminology, coding, and strong communication skills are necessary.

This full-time role offers a salary between $110,530.06 and $133,111.47 annually. Candidates should be prepared to work in person and provide exceptional patient care.
