We are a growing primary care and internal medicine practice in Carmichael, CA, led by a board-certified physician, dedicated to patient-centered care.

We seek a passionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) interested in building a long-term career in a collaborative environment.

**Your role:**
• Provide primary care to adult patients
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and manage conditions
• Prescribe medications and order tests
• Educate patients on health and prevention
• Collaborate with team, document accurately, and support quality improvement

**Qualifications:**
• Active CA NP or PA license, DEA certification
• Preferably experience in primary care
• Strong judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently within a team
• Comfortable with EMR systems
