Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistants

Job Description

Seeking two experienced Nurse Practitioners for a growing healthcare network in Greencastle, IN.

Assess health status, conduct physical exams, interpret diagnostic data, and identify health risks for individuals, families, and groups.

Diagnose health issues and plan treatment collaboratively with patients, promoting self-care and problem-solving skills.

Evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjust plans as needed, and document outcomes.

Requirements include a Master’s of Nursing Science (MSN) from an accredited school, current Indiana RN license, Board Certification, and NP authorization or eligibility. Experience in a physician office preferred.
