Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for primary care in Steelville, MO, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. This outpatient role offers Monday-Friday, days only, no weekends, and is benefits-eligible.

Provide patient care, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans within a collaborative practice agreement.

Manage acute and minor illnesses following established protocols, with independence guided by physician oversight.

Participate in professional development, patient education, and care coordination.
