Job Description

We are a private orthopedic practice in Redding, CA, seeking board-certified or eligible orthopedic surgeons to join our collaborative team.

Our multidisciplinary group offers comprehensive orthopedic, sports medicine, podiatry, pain management, chiropractic, and physical therapy services, supporting surgeons in practice development and nonoperative referrals.

The role includes a starting salary of $300,000–$400,000, with long-term earning potential through ancillary income, real estate, ASC investments, and hospital call options.

Partnership is available after 1 year, transitioning to productivity-based income.
