Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Psychiatrist for an inpatient facility in Farmington, MO, working Monday through Friday.
Compensation ranges from $220/hr to $240/hr, negotiable. Provide comprehensive psychiatric care across inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth settings. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies, including medication management and psychotherapy. Specialize in care for patients with PTSD, addiction, developmental disabilities, or geriatrics. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation. Maintain current knowledge of mental health advancements and participate in professional development. This full-time, contract role offers approximately 40 hours per week in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.
