Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, emphasizing preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services.
Work 36 hours/week with 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday, at locations in Covina, Glendora, or West Covina.
Handle approximately 18-22 patients daily in a patient-centered, team-oriented environment.
Require expertise in diagnosis, intervention, and patient care management, with certification from the American Academy of Internal Medicine.
Must hold a California medical license, Board Certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine, and graduate from an accredited program.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
Proficiency in HCC coding, CMS STARS, and HEDIS measures is preferred.
