Job Description

Seeking a licensed, board-certified (or eligible) psychiatrist for a full-time role (30-40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, flexible).

Salary ranges from $229,000 to $235,000 annually.

This position involves providing comprehensive psychiatric care to adults with severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, often with trauma, co-occurring conditions, and justice involvement. Responsibilities include medication management, developing recovery-oriented programs, supervising a multidisciplinary team, and engaging with patients and communities.

Qualifications include Massachusetts medical licensure, DEA, malpractice insurance, and expertise in relevant disorders.
