Job Description

Seeking a permanent, board-certified Physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds) to provide primary care in Philadelphia’s North community.

Provide direct outpatient care, manage continuity for inpatient services, and participate in after-hours rotations.

Focus on wellness promotion and chronic disease management, with a commitment to underserved populations.

Maintain quality measures, mentor learners, and engage in educational activities.

Requirements: MD or DO with active Pennsylvania license, board certification or eligibility, excellent communication skills, and experience working in inner-city settings.
