Job Description

This position offers an independent contractor role for an orthopedic surgeon to provide specialized care on-site for approximately a half-day weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.

  • Assist in managing complex patients, promoting return to work and functional restoration.
  • Collaborate with medical and therapy providers to deliver surgical and non-surgical treatments for work-related orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
  • Engage in active case management, including communication with employers.

    • Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in orthopedic surgery. Malpractice insurance is required. Compensation is based on a revenue share model. This role offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for physicians seeking to supplement their practice.
