Family Physician (MD or DO)

Job Description

Seeking a social-justice oriented Family Physician to provide direct patient care, care-team development, and quality improvement in a community-based health center focused on health equity for vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities include developing clinical programs, collaborating with specialists, implementing quality management, and offering health education.

Qualifications: MD/DO with CA license and board eligibility, experience with diverse populations, effective communication skills, Spanish is a plus, familiarity with electronic health records (preferably eCW), and community health clinic background preferred.
