Job Description
We are seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living communities.
The role involves delivering face-to-face primary care, participating in educational sessions, and collaborating with healthcare team members.
Our goal is to improve access, remove barriers, and deliver state-of-the-art care to enhance clinical outcomes for diverse patient populations.
