The Nurse Manager oversees unit functions, ensuring quality patient care and operational efficiency. They collaborate with leadership to manage staffing, census, and surge plans, adjusting for changes in service lines and capacity.

Responsibilities include problem-solving, maintaining clinical excellence, managing budgets, and fostering employee and physician engagement. They support staff development through onboarding, certifications, and continuing education, modeling professionalism and service excellence aligned with organizational values.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years clinical experience; leadership experience preferred
• Associate’s Degree (required), Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Current RN licensure
