Job Description

The Pediatrician provides primary healthcare services to patients within a clinical setting, under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer.

Qualifications include an M.D. or D.O. degree, completed accredited residency, and a New York State physician license. The role requires knowledge of medical practice, safety protocols, and organizational policies, along with skills in record-keeping, patient communication, and emergency response.

Key duties involve obtaining patient histories, conducting physical exams, diagnosing, ordering tests, prescribing treatments, and patient education. The Pediatrician collaborates with a healthcare team, participates in quality improvement activities, and supports patient self-management.

This full-time position offers a salary between $220,000 and $240,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling. Candidates must be willing to work in-person at Cortland, NY, with potential travel and relocation requirements.
