Job Description

Seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City.

  • Provide compassionate, comprehensive care in post-acute and long-term care settings, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure quality documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Offer Medical Directorship services with potential for additional earnings; travel between facilities required.
  • Minimal weekend and holiday call, no night shifts, with a flexible Monday-Friday schedule.
