Job Description
Seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, part-time role providing specialized care for medically complex patients with work-related injuries.
Offer treatment on-site for approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.
Assist with non-surgical and surgical management, collaborate with medical and therapy teams, and actively participate in case management and communication with employers.
Qualifications include licensure, board certification or eligibility in Hand Surgery, experience with work-related injuries preferred, and malpractice insurance coverage.
This position provides flexible scheduling, with compensation based on a revenue share model, and aims to positively impact patients’ recovery and return to work.
