Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Therapist to join our Sex Offender Treatment Team, providing high-quality outpatient services to adult clients.

  • Conduct sex offender-specific evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group counseling, including support for PTSD, gender issues, and geriatrics.
  • Assist clients on federal probation in a safe therapeutic environment while maintaining accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, participate in research, and stay current on best practices in sex offender treatment.
  • Require a Master’s license, experience working with diverse populations, and strong assessment and communication skills.
