Job Description
Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Supervisor for a Pennsylvania-approved non-profit special education school serving children with cerebral palsy and neuromuscular disorders.
Provide leadership and oversight of the SLP department, balancing clinical expertise with administrative duties.
Manage staff, supervise a small caseload, and ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
Develop policies, monitor documentation, and collaborate with school leadership on communication, AAC, and feeding programs.
Perform evaluations, participate in multidisciplinary discussions, and represent the department in leadership meetings.
Require Master’s in Speech/Language Pathology, PA certification, CCC from ASHA, and at least five years of clinical and two years of supervisory experience.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical skills with experience working with students using AAC.
