Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a dynamic role in Southern California within a dedicated non-profit organization focused on supporting native families.
Ideal candidate is patient, energetic, child-loving, and experienced in assessing and developing evidence-based treatment plans for pediatric clients. Must be comfortable traveling within California, working with diverse families, and providing in-home therapy.
Qualifications include an active California SLP license, strong communication and organizational skills, adaptability, and minimal supervision requirements.
Responsibilities involve assessing and treating speech/language delays, creating treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating families. Collaboration with other disciplines like occupational therapy or ABA is encouraged.
Position offers full-time or part-time hours at $50-$60/hour, with benefits such as 401(k), insurance options, continuing education, flexible schedule, and paid time off. The work location is hybrid remote in Pala, CA.
