Job Description

Join a reputable mental health organization offering up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus for MST Therapists in areas including Waterville, Dexter, Dover-Foxcroft, and Guilford.

Work within a certified community behavioral health clinic providing intensive, family-focused, community-based treatment for adolescents at risk of out-of-home placement. The role involves in-home and community visits, collaborating with families, schools, probation, and child welfare.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in psychology, social work, counseling, or related fields, with licensure or progress toward licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT). Experience in mental health and family work is preferred, along with flexibility and teamwork skills. Extensive training in evidence-based therapies and supervision is provided.
