Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join our Home Health team in Dickson, TN, providing in-home assessment and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.


  • Evaluate patient needs, develop therapy plans in coordination with physicians, and treat patients to improve communication and functional abilities.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and participate as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Must have current licensure, CPR certification, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to commute within the service area.
