Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMSW, or LPC) to provide compassionate care for individuals facing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

  • Deliver individual and group therapy, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans.
  • Educate clients and families on addiction and recovery strategies.
  • Offer crisis intervention and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure confidentiality.

    • Qualifications include an active license in Arkansas, experience with substance use disorders, and strong communication skills.
