Job Description

A special education center in Redmond, WA is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join their interdisciplinary team supporting children with autism and neurodivergent needs.

  • Provide direct therapy per IEPs, maintain documentation, and program AAC devices.
  • Collaborate with educators, BCBAs, and OTs to deliver coordinated, relationship-centered communication strategies.
  • Participate in IEP development, evaluations, and set functional goals.
  • Work in a neurodiversity-affirming environment that celebrates all communication styles.
