Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Description

The school is seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a key mental health professional connecting students, families, and community resources.

Provide direct services such as individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, assessments, behavioral interventions, and home visits to support student well-being.

Manage case coordination by linking families to community resources, collaborating with agencies, supporting special education needs, and advocating for students.

Offer system-level support through staff consultation, policy development, and staff/parent training on mental health and trauma-informed practices.

The role aims to promote holistic student success across prevention, early intervention, and intensive support tiers. It is full-time, with benefits, and requires licensure; experience and credentials for supervising candidates are preferred.
