Job Description
Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to residential youth and their families, utilizing Family Systems Theory and case management.
Adhere to agency policies, promote its mission and values, and support cultural differences.
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment and case plans, coordinate treatment progress, and facilitate family involvement.
Conduct individual, group, family therapy, and crisis intervention, including supporting youth with trauma, abuse, and neglect.
Collaborate with treatment team members, external agencies, and participate in meetings, trainings, and community outreach.
Maintain accurate documentation, complete assessments, and represent the agency professionally in court and community settings.
Supervise interns, participate in research, and ensure ongoing professional development.
Work requires physical activity, flexibility for evening/weekend hours, and a valid driver’s license.
