Join our clinical team as a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, PsyD) in Fort Wayne, IN, earning $80,000–$85,000 annually. This full-time, in-person role involves providing

individual, family, and group therapy to adults facing mental health challenges

developing personalized treatment plans and monitoring progress

collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and nurses

educating patients and families on coping strategies and recovery

responding with empathy during crises

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field, and active Indiana licensure. Preferred experience in mental health care and strong teamwork skills.
