Licensed Counselor, LCSW, LPC, LCPC or LSOTP

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LSOTP) to work at a high-end residential facility for youth aged 12-19.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and 401(k).

The role involves providing intensive therapeutic treatment in a structured milieu environment using CBT and milieu therapy to promote positive behavior, self-esteem, accountability, and social skills.

Qualifications include a master’s degree in counseling or related field, Illinois licensure, and preferably juvenile counseling experience. Technology proficiency is required.
