Job Description
The Speech-Language Pathologist in the Early Intervention department evaluates and monitors children’s communication development, providing therapy, consultation, and planning services with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Conducts assessments focused on language, articulation, voice, fluency, feeding, and oral motor skills.
Develops and implements individualized intervention plans supporting communication growth.
Provides direct therapy, collaborates with healthcare providers, and maintains detailed records of progress.
Participates in team-based, trans-disciplinary service planning and may serve as team lead.
Ensures compliance with federal/state regulations and training requirements, upholding confidentiality.
Requires a Master’s degree, CCC or supervised licensure, and experience with children ages 0-3 preferred.
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), possess strong communication skills, and be able to travel within local counties.
The position offers a full-time schedule with flexible hours, a salary starting at $75,000, and benefits including flexible scheduling. Work involves varied environments, requiring manual dexterity, occasional lifting, and a valid driver’s license.
