Job Description

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the Early Intervention department evaluates and monitors children’s communication development, providing therapy, consultation, and planning services with families and interdisciplinary teams.

  • Conducts assessments focused on language, articulation, voice, fluency, feeding, and oral motor skills.
  • Develops and implements individualized intervention plans supporting communication growth.
  • Provides direct therapy, collaborates with healthcare providers, and maintains detailed records of progress.
  • Participates in team-based, trans-disciplinary service planning and may serve as team lead.
  • Ensures compliance with federal/state regulations and training requirements, upholding confidentiality.
  • Requires a Master’s degree, CCC or supervised licensure, and experience with children ages 0-3 preferred.
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), possess strong communication skills, and be able to travel within local counties.
  • The position offers a full-time schedule with flexible hours, a salary starting at $75,000, and benefits including flexible scheduling. Work involves varied environments, requiring manual dexterity, occasional lifting, and a valid driver’s license.
