We are seeking a part-time LICSW Social Worker specializing in Geriatric Psych for a growing long-term care services provider.
Position based in Minneapolis, MN, with a flexible daytime schedule (M-F).
Provide direct psycho-social services, including evaluations, diagnoses, and individual, group, and family therapies for elderly residents.
Manage 10-15 patients daily, with flexibility to adjust for work-life balance.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and continuity.
Utilize electronic medical records and maintain Medicare-compliant documentation.
Qualifications include LICSW licensure, 1+ years of experience, and proficiency with technology.
Experience in healthcare settings, especially nursing homes, and knowledge of Medicare guidelines are preferred.
