Job Description

We are seeking fully licensed mental health counselors (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for a flexible 1099 contract position in Virginia, starting January 5, 2026.


  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via virtual or in-person sessions.

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based techniques (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).

  • Maintain accurate records, collaborate with other providers, and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Offer crisis intervention and participate in ongoing professional development.

  • Must hold an active Virginia license; provisional licensees will be considered.


    • Compensation is a competitive caseload split (starting at 60/40), with flexible hours, insurance billing support, and professional growth opportunities.
