Job Description

Seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC or LCSW) to oversee clinical operations, supervise staff, and ensure trauma-informed, compliant care.

Responsibilities include managing clinical service delivery, supervising a multidisciplinary team, conducting assessments, treatment planning, and coordinating discharge. The role involves handling referrals, submitting authorization requests, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of regulations, experience with trauma-informed care, strong documentation skills, and effective communication.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work with licensure approved within three months. Certification in CPR, First Aid, and behavioral supports is required or willingness to obtain.
