Job Description
Join our dedicated team as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in a reputable, nurse-owned home health agency serving Southeast Michigan since 2003.
Provide speech pathology services in patients’ homes following physician’s treatment plans, assessing and developing care goals.
Assist in evaluating patients’ speech, hearing, and language functions, and collaborate with physicians and care teams.
Educate patients, families, and health personnel on speech therapy techniques and disease prevention to promote independence.
Recommends hearing tests and checks hearing aids as needed.
Requirements include an active Michigan license, reliable transportation, and home health care experience preferred.
This contingent position offers competitive per-visit rates with mileage reimbursement, in-service pay, and flexible travel for home visits and meetings.
