Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Clinical Social Worker to assess client needs, diagnose mental health and behavioral disorders, and develop effective treatment plans.

The role involves

  • observing client behavior, creating strategies, and consulting with medical professionals,
  • administering social service programs,
  • instructing families,
  • maintaining documentation,
    • and
  • participating in planning and organizational meetings.

    • Requirements include proven experience as a social worker or counselor, strong understanding of social theories, empathy, social perceptiveness, and the ability to build helping relationships.

    This hybrid position in Potosi, MO requires relocation before starting and offers benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
