Seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for home-based pediatric therapy services in Alief, serving families in the South Houston area.
Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests and develop treatment plans aligned with physician directives. Collaborate with caregivers to create home exercise programs and coordinate care with other providers. Complete required patient visits, maintain timely documentation, and adhere to agency policies and legal regulations. Maintain flexibility to prioritize tasks and utilize basic workplace technology. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills required; 3+ years pediatric experience and home-health background are advantageous.
