Job Description
We are a leading provider of early intervention services for children birth to age three in Philadelphia County.
The primary role of a Speech Therapist is to address speech and language delays, oral motor concerns, fluency or sound production issues, and feeding difficulties like swallowing and chewing.
This role involves developing individualized goals, implementing strategies for families, and providing services in homes, daycares, or community settings. Early intervention during ages birth to five is crucial for optimal brain development and communication skills.
Requirements include a PA Speech Therapy license or Clinical Fellowship (CF), strong clinical and interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities.
We offer flexible full-time, part-time, or per diem positions with competitive hourly pay ($90-$100/hour), benefits, and bilingual bonuses. Comprehensive training is provided, and immediate caseloads are available.
