Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

We’re seeking passionate *Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists* in San Jose, CA, for full-time or part-time roles with a salary range of $90,000–$125,000/year.

Provide 1:1 pediatric speech therapy across receptive & expressive language, articulation, fluency, feeding/swallowing, and AAC.

Conduct evaluations and develop play-based, individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including OTs, PTs, and feeding therapists.

Mentor SLPAs and Clinical Fellows, and participate in growth initiatives.

Communicate compassionately with families.

Flexible scheduling options include traditional, split, or Saturday sessions with additional pay for weekend hours.
