Job Description

The Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) provides professional therapy, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination to patients and families.

  • Conducts culturally sensitive assessments, develops treatment plans, and delivers therapy within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Documents clinical data per regulations and supports school-based interventions and meetings.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, maintains professional credentials, and upholds organizational values.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and external partners, demonstrating professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Participates in team meetings, manages caseloads, and maintains accurate records.
  • Requires a Master’s in social work, Maryland LMSW license, with 3+ years healthcare experience, and willingness to relocate to Salisbury, MD.
