Job Description

We are a 5-star post-acute rehab facility near the ocean in Pacifica, CA, seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality patient care.

  • Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, setting goals, educating families, and documenting according to standards.
  • Supports department operations, maintains safety protocols, and actively participates in professional development and quality assurance activities.
  • Communicates patient needs to team members and advocates for optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
