Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

We are expanding our multidisciplinary mental health clinic to San Jose, CA in early 2026 and seek a dedicated licensed mental health professional skilled in mood disorders, trauma, eating disorders, or addictions, including sexual compulsivity.

The role involves providing individual therapy, facilitating group psychotherapy, and participating in a treatment team for day treatment and intensive outpatient programs.

Ideal candidates possess strong assessment, treatment planning, and case conceptualization skills, with the ability to build therapeutic alliances with diverse clients and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related fields, with current California licensure (LMFT, LPCC, PhD, PsyD). Clinical experience in mental health, eating disorders, addiction, trauma, and specialized training or certifications are preferred.

This full-time position offers a starting salary from $95,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), matching, health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development support.

Work is in person within a collaborative clinical environment.
