Join a compassionate behavioral health team as a Therapist/Counselor dedicated to improving lives in post-acute and long-term care settings.
As part of this organization, you’ll collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to provide high-quality, patient-centered care through individual and group therapy, both on-site and via telehealth.
Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and supporting caregivers with behavioral health and substance use challenges.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, active licensure (LISW, LPCC, LMFT), and experience with substance use disorders. Strong communication, compassion, and willingness to travel are essential.
