Licensed Therapist/Counselor/Certified Drug & Alcohol Counselor

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Clinician to provide high-quality mental health and/or substance use treatment to adults.

Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies such as CBT and Motivational Interviewing.

Facilitate group and individual sessions, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment as needed.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and maintain accurate documentation.

Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications include a degree in psychology, social work, or related field, licensure in Idaho, and preferably experience with trauma-informed care and addiction settings.

This full-time role offers a salary between $65,000 and $85,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off. The position is in-person. We encourage passionate individuals committed to making a difference to apply.
