Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) for full-time and PRN roles in a behavioral health setting at a licensed psychiatric hospital.

Responsibilities include providing Recreational Therapy services such as assessment, treatment planning, individual and group interventions, and discharge leisure planning. The CTRS develops treatment goals, evaluates patient progress, and collaborates with the treatment team.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation, CTRS certification, and preferred psychiatric experience. Full-time roles may involve serving as a clinical instructor and participating in team conferences.
