Job Description

Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate, high-touch wound care. This full-time, salaried role offers flexible weekday hours, no on-call, and no weekends or holidays. The provider will deliver advanced wound treatments in patients’ homes, conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized care plans, and coordinating with healthcare teams.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited program, at least one year of clinical experience, board certification, and state licensure. Wound care experience is a plus. Must be willing to travel approximately 75% locally, with all supplies and training provided.
