Job Description

The Nurse Manager oversees nursing staff at assigned locations, ensuring patient-centered care in a professional environment.

  • Supervises nursing staff, manages schedules, and assists with hiring and termination.
  • Maintains medication management processes, monitors compliance, and oversees patient records and regulatory adherence, including DEA and federal regulations.
  • Facilitates staff training, onboarding, and updates on nursing protocols.

    • Qualifications include licensure as an LPN or RN in New Mexico, 1-2 years of supervisory experience, and 1-3 years in behavioral health or substance use disorders, with preferred experience in opioid treatment programs. Ability to travel to multiple clinics is required.
