Job Description
Join a regional neonatal care team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) providing advanced, compassionate care across Level III and IV NICUs in California’s Central Valley.
Serve a defined patient population as an expert clinician, educator, and advocate in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Support the Level III NICU at a major medical center in Fresno, with opportunities to rotate through a Level IV NICU and additional facilities.
Work within a large perinatal network, delivering care to high-risk and critically ill newborns with access to pediatric and surgical specialists.
Requires Master’s in Nursing, neonatal NP certification, active CA RN and NP licenses, and relevant clinical experience or new graduates encouraged to apply.
Full-time position with a 24-hour coverage model, rotating shifts, competitive pay ($75-$111/hour), and comprehensive benefits.
