Job Description

We are a well-established pediatric private practice in Ithaca, NY, seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team.

Provide outpatient care for children from birth to 21, including newborn visits, lactation support, well-child exams, and management of acute and mental health concerns.

Work within an evidence-based, family-centered model alongside a dedicated physician and interdisciplinary team.

Enjoy a manageable schedule (~16 patients/day), with no on-call or inpatient duties.

Qualifications: NY-licensed NP or PA with 2+ years of pediatric experience; lactation certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
