Growing wound care company in Portland, OR seeking an energetic Nurse Practitioner to provide full-time patient rounding in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and home settings.
Manage a full patient load, perform assessments, create treatment plans, and prescribe medications. Ensure accurate documentation, follow protocols, and maintain certifications. Collaborate with clinical teams to improve care quality and communication. Travel locally using personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed. Requires board-certified Nurse Practitioner with 1+ year wound care and NP experience; certifications like WCC, CWS, or WOCN preferred. Must demonstrate strong communication, compassion, leadership, and independent work skills. Full-time, Monday–Friday, with no weekend shifts; salary up to $200K plus benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO.
