Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Transportation Aide/CNA to support patient mobility and care within a healthcare facility.

  • Safely transport patients using equipment like Hoyer lifts and wheelchairs.
  • Assist with transfers, ambulation, and patient positioning, respecting individual care plans.
  • Support clinical staff with vital signs, medication assistance, and basic nursing tasks.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records in compliance with HIPAA.
  • Follow infection control protocols and assist with patient hygiene and comfort.
  • Monitor patient condition during transport and report concerns promptly.
  • Provide compassionate support to patients with diverse needs, including geriatrics and specialized care.

    • Qualifications include current CNA certification or equivalent, experience in healthcare settings, knowledge of medical terminology, and ability to operate mobility aids safely. Strong communication skills, physical ability for transfers, and commitment to confidentiality are essential.

    This full-time role offers $15.00-$15.50/hour along with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and life insurance. It is an in-person position focused on positively impacting patient outcomes in a dynamic environment.
